Liberty University is truly a school that displays true discipleship to all students and is carrying out the work of the Lord. Students are encouraged and taught how to live a life for Christ. The environment is unlike any other I have seen, every person spoke so respectfully and highly of all staff and the school itself, and the academics are taught to be done as if the student is working directly for the Lord.

Liberty University is a tale of two universities. The residential campus, with a student population of over 15,000, is a lot of what traditional college students expect and want from a college experience. The University is growing rapidly in infrastructure, programs, and extracurricular offerings. The campus has been transformed in recent years and hosts many new buildings offering the latest amenities. The focus on faith offers an attractive (although not unique) distinction. The online campus boasts an army of students and faculty. While the programs are rigorous and robust, and ideal for independent learners, the sense of belonging and community remains a challenge, which is not unique to Liberty.

I really enjoy the Christian atmosphere of Liberty. There are so many student activities and ways to be involved. I love how Christ-centered it is and how there is so many people you can make friends with. I also love that it is in-state so I am not that far from family.

Josh - 11/27/2024

Liberty University has been a fulfilling experience in my one and a half years spent on campus. From the housing options, to the multitudes of restaurants, and the various sport facilities, Liberty University has it all. Even with a small amount of time spent on campus, I don't regret coming here for college, and I hope to continue until I obtain my bachelor's degree in film production.
