Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a current member of NADONA/LTC.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  4. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a nursing program.
  5. Must plan to pursue a career in geriatrics, or long-term care.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for U.S. students who are majoring in nursing with a speciality in geriatrics or long-term care.

Application requirements for the Stephanie Carrol Scholarship are:

  • Personal statement
  • Proof of enrollment and NOADN membership
Additional Information: This award is for NADONA/LTC members who are enrolled in a nursing education program. This scholarship is sponsored by a grant from Pharmerica, Inc.

Award Amount: Up to $5,000 annually, non-renewable. NADONA/LTC is not required to award the total amount of the scholarship if only one candidate applies.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
