Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must reside in Hillsborough County, Florida.
  5. Must be planning to major in maritime studies, marine engineering, marine operation, and technology, shipyard management, naval architecture, marine environmental science, marine transportation, international transportation & trade, oceanography, earth science, or marine biology.

Additional Information: The Tampa Bay Mariners Club Scholarship is provided annually to graduating high school seniors in Hillsborough County, Florida. Applicants must be planning to major in maritime studies, marine engineering, marine operation, and technology, shipyard management, naval architecture, marine environmental science, marine transportation, international transportation & trade, oceanography, earth science, or marine biology.

Award Amount: $1,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,500.
