Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  4. Must be majoring in psychology.
  5. Must be a resident of Maryland.
  6. Must be a graduate student.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for graduate students who are majoring in psychology. Applicants must be a resident of Maryland and must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher.

Additional Information: This scholarship is provided to graduate students from Maryland who are pursuing a course of study that that prepare them to provide treatment to patients suffering from personality disorders and other mental health problems. Selection is primarily based on academic performance. This a competitive program; not all applicants will be selected as recipients. All decisions of Central Scholarship Bureau and the Grant Committees are final.

Award Amount: $2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.
