Number of Awards & Eligibility: One scholarship award will be provided each year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a graduating high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student at the time of application.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be majoring in law and planning to pursue a career as a lawyer.

Description: The Law Office of A. Sam Jubran Scholarship Contest is available for graduating high school seniors, undergraduate students, and currently enrolled law school students who wish to pursue a career as a lawyer.

Application requirements for the Law Office of A. Sam Jubran Scholarship Contest are:

  • Essay OR Video submission
Additional Information: The Law Office of A. Sam Jubran Scholarship Contest is provided annually in hopes of achieving the following three goals: provide financial aid to a college student; encourage students to understand their personal motivation for a career in the legal field; inspire students to pursue a career in law. One winner will be selected in late August from all the eligible entries received. Evaluation of submissions will be based on personal insight & introspection, creativity, originality, and overall quality.

Award Amount: Scholarships are provided in the amount of $1,000. All awards are one-time awards and are non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
