Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. Must be majoring in or planning to major in computer science (IT or development).
  3. Must be a high school senior, college freshman, or college sophomore at the time of application.

Description: The Savvy Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors, undergraduate freshman, and undergraduate sophomore students who are majoring in or planning to major in computer science.

Application requirements for the Savvy Scholarship are:

  • Recent resume
Additional Information: Savvy Apps provides the Savvy Scholarship each year to recognize a computer science student who best exemplifies the company's guiding principles. Each submission will reviewed and scored by a panel of Savvy Apps employees and the application with the highest score will be selected as the winner of this year's scholarship award.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
