Number of Awards & Eligibility: Three awards offered annually - one per contest period.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada.
  2. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  3. Must be majoring in or planning to major in a STEM field.
  4. Must be between the ages of 16 and 22.
  5. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited high school or college.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The NextStepU STEM Scholarship is available for students between the ages of 16 and 22 who are majoring in or planning to major in a field related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

Application requirements for the NextStepU STEM Scholarship are:

  • Registration
  • Essay
Additional Information: The selected winner will be announced within one month of the deadline.

Award Amount: $1,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $4,500.
