  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a resident of Rhode Island.
  3. Must be a minority student.
  4. Must pursue a course of study in communications.
  5. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  6. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student.

Description: This scholarship is open to Rhode Island students who are studying communications at the undergraduate or graduate level. Students must be from a minority group.
