Number of Awards & Eligibility: Multiple awards are offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must reside in Dallas, Texas.
  3. Must have three years of experience working in commercial real estate.
  4. Must pursue certification in real estate.
  5. Must have completed at least 72 credit hours from an accredited university.

Description: The Bob Edge Scholarship is available to Dallas-area commercial real estate professionals seeking professional designations in the state of Texas. Applicants must have a minimum of 72 hours from an accredited university and 3 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Application requirements for the Bob Edge Scholarship Fund are:

Additional Information: The Communities Foundation of Texas has been a partner with local individuals, families and businesses for raising the quality of life in the Texas community since 1953. Providing scholarships to deserving students is an important part of this mission, in the hopes that financial assistance will help these students to reach their full potential in high schools, colleges and continuing education across the country.
