UCLA Financial Aid General Scholarship

Scholarships are merit-based, need-based, and non-need-based monetary awards. They may range from paying a portion of your tuition to fully funding all costs linked to your college education. SCHOLARSHIPS DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAID. Scholarships are a great way to access additional funds for college, and significantly reduce your student loans or need for work. Scholarships are designed to reward, encourage, and assist students pursue academic excellence and leadership roles. Additional criteria, such as campus or community activities, volunteer work, work experience, and financial need are considered during the selection process. The Financial Aid and Scholarships Undergraduate Scholarships Application is open year-round. Priority consideration is given to students who submit their applications by JUNE 30 each year. You should log in to our Scholarship Portal and complete your profile to be considered for scholarship opportunities. As a continuing student, it is important for you to look for scholarships that can help reduce the amount you need to work and borrow to fund your education. New opportunities arise as you enter your major, take up new activities, or join college organizations. We encourage students to search for scholarships throughout their time at UCLA. Make sure that your scholarship search is broad and includes outside scholarships in addition to UCLA scholarships.

Nitro College Student Scholarship

The Nitro College Scholarship is available for U.S. high school students and college freshmen. This scholarship is offered every month. Jewish Federation Academic Scholarship

This scholarship is available for U.S. college juniors and seniors who are Jewish and demonstrate career promise in a helping profession. Students must also meet one or both of the following criteria: he/she was born or raised in either Cook County, the Chicago metropolitan area, or northwest Indiana OR he/she has completed one continuous year of full-time employment in Cook County or the Chicago metropolitan area prior to starting professional education.

2025 Perspectives Scholarship

Ponce Law is deeply committed to giving back to the community that has contributed to its success. The firm is honored to offer the 2025 Perspectives Scholarship to support students’ educational journey. As humans, we are constantly learning, and students experience this on a larger scale as they interact with new peers and learn about various subjects and society. Balancing relationships, school, work, or internships introduces many new experiences that can influence their thoughts and beliefs. As students expand their understanding of themselves and the world around them, external influences shape their perspectives and beliefs. This is why we are excited to offer a scholarship to the community and continue supporting those pursuing higher education. $1,000 Perspectives Scholarship Essay Topic: What is a belief you once held but have since changed your mind about? What caused this change? This shift could be due to something you learned in school, an experience you had, a person you met, or more. Describe this belief and your perspective shift in a 500-750 word essay. We look forward to hearing your story! The deadline to apply for this scholarship is February 28, 2025. The Scholarship will be awarded to a student currently living in Tennessee or a student who will be going to a college or university in Tennessee.

2025 Safety Advocate Scholarship

Maschka, Riedy, Ries & Frentz is proud to reveal the 2025 Safety Advocate Scholarship. We are excited for our firm to offer a scholarship for the first time. The application is open to students nationwide. Our attorneys are passionate about uplifting this next generation of changemakers, and with our scholarship, we will be awarding $1,000 to one individual to further their education. This scholarship is centered around our firm’s values, as personal injury attorneys, we advocate for safety across all spectrums including on our roads and in the products we buy and use everyday. Our scholarship calls on students to write about a time where they advocated for the safety of others; to discuss safety legislation that needs to be changed; or how they advocate for safety in their everyday lives. La Roche-Posay Skin Life-Changers Scholarship

La Roche-Posay is proud to support the next generation of skincare and skin health devotees and innovators by providing a life-changing scholarship in honor of life-changing skincare. Through the Skin Life-Changers Scholarship, La Roche-Posay is awarding five (5) students a $10,000 scholarship towards their college education. If you are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of application, a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, a skincare / skin health devotee and innovator who wants to make a difference in the world of beauty and skincare, and currently enrolled in 2-year or 4-year accredited colleges/universities or vocational/certification programs, you are eligible to apply: The deadline to submit your application is October 1st, 2024, but we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis! Awardees will be notified October 28 through October 30, 2024. The Scholarship Award will only be in the form of a check or ACH made payable directly to the accredited post-secondary institution of higher education attended by the Scholarship Recipient (once the Scholarship Recipient has enrolled in a U.S based accredited post-secondary institution of higher education and submitted proof of enrollment to Sponsor).
